We invite you to the public launch of “Addressing Anti-Black Racism in Ottawa: Forum Summary Report”. This report will summarize findings from the Anti-Black Racism forum in August 2016, an event co-sponsored by OLIP and CAWI. Come hear the Ottawa community’s recommendations for institutions and communities at large. Together we can move forward.
This event is free for all to attend. We have limited funds for those of us who need to have childcare or bus tickets reimbursed in order to participate. Please contact info@cawi-ivtf.org for inquiries or additional information. Register as space is limited.

The Ottawa Local Immigration Partnership (OLIP) is a multi-sectoral partnership involving 60 local organizations working on a shared vision and common priorities designed to build local capacity to attract, settle, and integrate immigrants in 5 sectors: (1) settlement and orientation; (2) economic integration; (3) health and wellbeing; (4) language training and interpretation; and (5) socio-civic integration capacity development.

CAWI (City for All Women Initiative) is a unique collaborative of women from diverse communities, organizations, and academia working with municipal decision makers to create a more inclusive city and advance gender equality.
