Saba Persian Dance – Workshop

This entertaining, interactive workshop will engage participants in learning basic movements in Persian dance to create and perform a short piece in a group. Participants will learn about the importance of the arts in Ottawa and how immigrants can contribute to and benefit from Ottawa’s rich artistic landscape.

The dance style integrates Iranian, East Indian, Arabic, and African influences to create a beautiful, dynamic piece, which will have cross-cultural appeal.
