Partnership’s Progress Report by Carl Nicholson and Caroline Andrews

The Ottawa Immigration Forum is a key platform for the OLIP partners to report their collective progress on the goals of the Ottawa Immigration Strategy (OIS) to the Ottawa community. This commitment is in keeping with OLIP’s governance principles of transparency and accountability.

Carl Nicholson and Caroline Andrew, OLIP Executive Committee members, reported on the “the First Five Years of our Partnership: Learning, Accomplishments & the Way Forward”.

OLIP partners’ concrete accomplishments over the last five years were presented under the three pillars of OLIPs vision: Prosperity, Vibrancy, and Inclusion. They also outlined the learning obtained from working together across sectors, and the ideas the Partnership is currently exploring.
