This seminar, facilitated by Karima Kara, promises to be an exciting and valuable interactive learning session on Examining Hidden Biases and Leading Inclusively. It is a forum for the Ottawa community and recent newcomers to Canada to engage in rich conversations about communicating more effectively across cultures and leading more inclusively, examining hidden biases and assumptions and applying best practices when working across cultures and navigating the Canadian workplace.Karima Kara is as an engaging and inspiring facilitator, coach and mediator, in her element when supporting professionals in diversity and inclusion, hidden bias (uncovering blind spots) and wellness initiatives.
