This full-day, in-person training is designed to help senior leaders and service providers positively shift organizational culture, policies, and practices through anti-racism and anti-oppression principles. Anti-racism and anti-oppression knowledge and practice is more important than ever given the rise of hate, anti-immigrant sentiment, and the growing acceptance of oppression of others. As sector leaders working with immigrants and racialized communities, we need to stand firmly against these narratives. This training will consist of two sessions: the French session on April 9th and the English session on April 10th.
