This full-day, in-person training is designed to help senior leaders and service providers positively shift organizational culture, policies, and practices through anti-racism and anti-oppression principles. Anti-racism and anti-oppression knowledge and practice is more important than ever given the rise of hate, anti-immigrant sentiment, and the growing acceptance of oppression of others. As sector leaders working with immigrants and racialized communities, we need to stand firmly against these narratives.
