Governance
A structure designed to leverage the experience and leadership of each sector, bringing together different perspectives to plan and act on shared priorities.

Overview
No single organization can address the complex challenges of integrating newcomers alone. The OLIP partners look at the local challenges from the ground up. Together, they identify key goals and challenges and create the Ottawa Immigration Strategy. The strategy’s long-term priorities reflect the partners’ shared vision.

Governance Structure
OLIP’s governance structure is the framework that defines the authority, responsibility, and decision-making power. It outlines how partners work together on the Ottawa Immigration Strategy. Our governance provides a flexible and supportive way for partners to work together.
Partners receive support to align their work with the shared priorities. This helps everyone work towards a common purpose.
