This report presents findings, insights, and recommendations from a six-month study on hybrid service delivery in Canada’s immigrant settlement sector. It examines the new digital services created during the pandemic and reviews innovation and teamwork in the sector. The report provides a roadmap for the sector and its main funder, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), toward a hybrid service delivery model. In this episode, I talk with people from the Somerset West Community Health Centre in Ottawa about their experiences with digital equity and virtual care.
