This report summarizes the insights that emerged from the discussion between OLIP and settlement, social, health, and education service providers on their capacity to support the settlement and integration of immigrants. The report makes recommendations for moving Ottawa forward in the creation of a community-wide strategy for improving immigrant settlement and integration.
