This report is from Phase 2 (2018–2019) of a research project to document the settlement and service experiences of immigrant women, youth, and seniors, and to suggest new intervention strategies. The main research will occur in three Ontario locations: Ottawa, Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton, and Windsor, during 2018 to 2019. The research methods include interviews with key stakeholders, focus groups with service providers and the three immigrant groups, and interviews with individual immigrants.
