In this presentation, Kathy Sherrel from ISSofBC shared the journey of her organization. They have 350 people, 17 locations, and 60 active programs. This journey began about two years ago in their settlement department, focusing on outcomes measurement. The presentation was part of a pre-conference at the June 2019 International Metropolis Conference held in Ottawa.
