To tackle this issue, the Ottawa Local Immigration Partnership teamed up with the Collaborative Critical Research for Equity and Transformation in Health lab at the University of Ottawa and the Canadians of African Descent Health Organization. They launched a project to strengthen local organizations. The goal is to help them understand, monitor, and reduce the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on immigrant and racialized groups.
