Managing Diversity at Workplace : The book by Sylvio A. Gravel, Staff Sergeant (ret’d.) of the Ottawa Police Service provides a management advice to organizations and business on the skills and resources required to successfully create a more diverse workplace. The book is based on the learning from the diversity change project, which received the 2007 International Association of Chiefs of Police Civil Rights Award.
