Ottawa Community Loan Fund (OCLF) is celebrating its 15th anniversary with community partners, funders, existing and prospective clients. This event is also an official launch of OCLF’s OTF-funded program, Access. Learn. Prosper. (ALP).

OCLF is a non-profit organization focused on financial inclusion in Ottawa. They provide educational services on financial literacy and entrepreneurship, and micro-loans for business and professional development purposes.
