As a collaborative and authentic leader and inclusion advocate, Sandra is focused on creating positive, action-driven outcomes and systems-level changes, and sharing her knowledge and expertise across audiences and platforms, always with a lens on inclusive innovation. For over 20 years, Sandra has created and implemented successful, strategic initiatives and led diverse teams through organizational growth and disruption. Prior to launching Inclusive Path in 2019, as an executive at the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC), Sandra built extensive experience working to accelerate the integration of women, persons-at-risk, newcomers and refugees, Indigenous persons, persons with disabilities and youth into the digital economy. Sandra currently serves as the co-chair of OLIP’s Economic Integration Sector Table.
